Basement or crawlspace interior: cracks, water intrusion, floor joists
Electrical: service entrance, service panel, switches, outlets

Furnace and air conditioner: sized properly, age, efficiency
Plumbing: supply lines, drain lines, leaks, sufficient pressure, serviceability
Attic: ventilation, insulation
Function of doors and windows
Kitchen appliances
Safety equipment: fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, reversing sensors on garage doors
General condition: sloping floors, major cracks in walls or ceilings, age appropriate deterioration.
