• Not many Home Inspectors are certified as a Remote Pilot for Drone use. The test is strenuous and hard to achieve certification status.  I am licensed, registered, and certified by the FAA for UAS Remote Pilot. So that you as an agent, can provide your client with a unique aerial perspective of their potential purchase.  This can give you that added advantage, especially for out of town clients who want views of the home and property to aid in their decision-making process.
• While my first priority is to inspect roofs by walking them, all roofs are not safe or accessible to walk on, which can certainly limit many Home Inspectors from doing a full comprehensive home inspection. If required, I can pilot my drone around the entire area to inspect in detail with photos and/or video.
​•I provide this service as a single line item, Ancillary Service, or part of a Home Inspection when the roof may be inaccessible.
